Peg was raised in a small town in central ND. She graduated college from Moorhead State University with a degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies, and then attended graduate school at the University of Northern Colorado. She returned to ND to work as a rehabilitation counselor, and has lived in Fargo since 1983. After her daughter was born, Peg returned to Minnesota State University Moorhead to pursue a graduate degree in School Psychology. After 8 years as a School Psychologist in the Fargo area she began teaching in the Psychology department at MSUM. During her 16 years at MSUM, her favorite class to teach has been Psychology of Women. Peg is married with one daughter and numerous pets. Her daughter is in the second year of residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology in Iowa City.
